I would definitely recommend this boiler to my customers and fellow contractors. Great price for a quality product that is easy to work on from the initial install and looks very spacious inside the unit if future repairs occur.

I had a problem with some existing piping that wasn't related to the Utica boiler but it was causing the boiler to overheat and not circulate the boiler heating water. I began to panick because I had a customer without heat but luckily found a Utica representative online and I got in touch with him on a Sunday. His name was Gary Alex and he said he would come out to the job site in 20 minutes. Gary showed up and figured out the problem and within minutes the heat was on. I am only using Utica boilers now on because of the personal service I received from you guys on a Sunday. In my 20 years of heating and mechanical work I have never got the type of service I got from Gary Alex. Thanks Utica keep up the good work,you have earned my business and respect

Yes , the boiler is pretty compact for an oil fired boiler. It also seems to be very efficient in overall fuel consumption. Even though we had an issue with the riello burner not firing right out of the box, the vendor provided us with another burner right away which worked flawlessly.

The one thing I found a little trouble some is the fact that the supply, return , and flue are all out the rear and in a row or “stacked”. This forced us to offset the flue pipe and the return riser .

Yes. Seems to be a good value. Quiet system Like the idea of the Economy setting, but still trying to figure it out.

Yes I would most definitely recommend using this product. I bought my house in 2000 and it had a Utica boiler in the house, fast forward until last week when I finally had to install a new boiler AFTER 40 years of having the same boiler. So for a product that is supposed to last 15-20 years last 40 years I would say they make an exceptional product.

Yes! Our previous furnace was a Utica Boiler and it gave us terrific service for over 25 years. We are looking forward to the same quality from this new wall mount furnace.

Ease of installation and performance would be the two main features I would share. I also like the quiet operation of the unit. I live in CT, and installation occurred on this winters coldest day. The water inlet temperature is very cold this time of year, and but the on demand DHW comes on pretty quickly and fills a tub super hot.

Based on our original PEG112 which lasted 20 years, it was a great boiler.  We are having issues with the new PEG-E112.

I'd recomment this product.  Very user friendly.

Yes indeed, I would recommend this product.  Tschetter heating has helped me alot over the years and I was delighted to do business with them again.

I love my boiler and I want you to know that it is much more efficient than my 57 year old one and 100% quiet. 

Everything is a optional kit - cumbersome installation.  I have no time for these games.  Condensate kit?  Like it's an option!  Every boiler needs one.  Venting... Really!  I can only use your proprietary venting, what do I do when I'm miles from the whole sale house and someone misses a fitting, oh wait does not matter they don't even stock it.  Now my customer has no heat and its 4 below.  I can not install a product that let's me and my former customer down.  You missed the mark 100% on this one!

Quality, Warrant and value.

Never have had a cast iron boiler fail in close to 20 years of using ECR. Burnham was a disaster for our small company replaced over 100 V-7's. Only received $250 labor on about 2 thirds of them. Had a replacement block leak worst than the one we were replacing.

Yes I would recommend this product because it is small, compact, quiet and easy to install.

Absolutely recommended.  We have been installing Uitca Boilers for nearly 25 yeas with great success.  I wish the SSC model could be produced as a combi.  Even an add-on would be nice.  The heat exchanger in the SSC is typically trouble free.  I still swear by cast iron oil products.

Yes I would recomment this product.  Unit is a very efficient highly refined simple gas boiler, with just enough technology to improve its performance but not over complicate it's overall simplicity.  

After heating with coal and wood for the last 27 years I feel like I'm now in America with this no maintenance quiet smooth efficient Utica boiler. Thanks for being committed to quality products and customer satisfaction.

Good Product.  Out of three local authorized dealers, Jerry's was by far the best price to install. (replacing an old Utica unit) One of the other two tried to tell me that I would need to buy my oil from them..... Not. and were over priced.  Sad that they are not selling your product at a reasonable price... Thanks Jerry.

This was an easy installation and is a good boiler for larger homes.

I had a hard time with the venting of this boiler. The supply house didn't have a good knowledge of this product. I was told I could vent it with 2" pipe. After talking to the factory service and engineering department I was still unsure of how to vent it. Help finaly came when I talked to Howard Dyson and Gary Alex. I ended up venting the boiler with 2" cpvc on the exhaust side and pvc on the intake.

Looks like a nice unit and sure to be better than my old gas conversion boiler.

Looks good, runs good. Having some issues with the hot water not mixing properly all the time. Install company not sure what is causing it.

Good value. We previously mostly used Weil McLain. The manager at our RE Michel branch recommended the SVB series to us. We really like the ease of wiring via Molex harnesses. And the new Honeywell module is simple, priced correctly and easy to read with my 60yo eyes.

It's a nice boiler. It would be nice if you added an internal low water cut off

I had a Burnham that cracked and replaced it with a Utica. The unit is quiet and seems more efficient, I will get a better feel after a year or two of usage. But I love it so far.

I would recommend this product. It is simple, quiet and reliable. Reliability is the most important to me. I love the fact that I do not have to worry about my heat. It is also well made. My old unit was the same make and model and lasted more then 30 years. It was destroyed by my mistake in operation

YES ! I've installed Utica boilers over 30 years & have never had an issue. We removed an old boiler from 1948 that took almost 2 hrs to heat up from a cold start. We installed the new TRB5100 & in 4 min, from a cold start was returning warm. Can't wait for this customer to report back next year with how much oil he saved!
