Our AI control technology is programmed to recognize an Indirect Tank. H2O Indirect Hot Water Heaters are available in 30 to 115 gallon capacities and feature 316L stainless steel construction and top connections for an easy installation.

    I had a problem with some existing piping that wasn't related to the Utica boiler but it was causing the boiler to overheat and not circulate the boiler heating water. I began to panick because I had a customer without heat but luckily found a Utica representative online and I got in touch with him on a Sunday. His name was Gary Alex and he said he would come out to the job site in 20 minutes. Gary showed up and figured out the problem and within minutes the heat was on. I am only using Utica boilers now on because of the personal service I received from you guys on a Sunday.
